to Miss Na'la and Miss Hilary for an absolutely fantastic workshop at Gothla. It was so much fun, not to mention I learned a lot. I love how retarded ya'll are. (I mean that in the nicest way possible :-D.) I didn't know I could laugh so hard and still manage to punch and stomp with ferocity. I can't wait to take another Shakra workshop. We must get you down to North Cackalacky soon!

The workshop energy was amazing, even though it was the at the end of the event. I had such a blast :-)

It was a great group in that workshop. So much fun!
